Junkers F13: Just the very FIRST.

Junkers F.13: Just the very FIRST.

The F13 is ,without doubt, one of the real trendsetting aircraft in aviation history. The first all-metal transport aircraft ever made with a first flight in 1919(!!). Sadly the availability of cheap WW1 surplus aircraft and the restrictions imposed to Germany mitigated somewhat their true impact in comercial aviation. They were, anyway, produced in substantial numbers and used worldwide with total satisfaction.
