Convair XFY Pogo: Successful,but unpractical.

The Pogo was the most successful of the two tailsitter fighters evaluated by the US.Navy during the 1950s, the other was the Lockheed XFV-1. The Pogo was the only of the two that achieved full conversion from vertical to horizontal flight and vice versa.
