Sopwith F.1 Camel: The “Egyptian” Camel.

Nice coloured pic of the 1000th Camel built by subcontractor firm Ruston & Proctor Ltd. Completed on Jan, 1918, it was “dressed” for the occasion as the Behudet (a sort of Egyptian winged sun). Quite unlikely British, if I can say so.
