“Zeppelin” vs Boeing 312: Brief Glory

The 1930’s offered two ways of transatlantic aerial transport to rival the classic ocean liner in its more refined form : the rigid airship -the “Graf” & the Hindenburg-with its luxury and relative high speed or the faster flying boat. All ended,eventually, after WW2 when the land based aircraft era arrived thanks to the advances in technology and infrastructures the war produced.
