“Curtiss H81-A3 Tomahawk”: Ding Hao !!

The “Flying Tigers” movie of 1942 was a classic example of WW2 U.S. propaganda in action. Nothing too deep or sophisticated yet a nice and easy divertimento anyway.
Sadly -or hilariously, you choose-, the Tomahawk’s replicas made from the movie left a lot to be desired with their horrendous nose jobs and out of proportion cockpits. Granted, “The Duke” was a big movie star already, but not that huge.

It was a trend it seems.
