The 35XD was the Danish Draken’s export version. Under that designation the Danish bought three different types: single-seat strike aircrafts, two-seat trainers and reconnaissance aircrafts. The Danish Draken were heavily modified as strike aircraft. With that in mind these Drakens gained a new redesigned outerwings -to improve its weapon load- and specific attack electronic; losing the Swedish variant’s radar in the process.
