Breguet 19 TF: First things first.

Le “Point d’interrogation” before its successful 1930 North Atlantic east to west crossing. Sept 27 1929, Costes & Bellonte took off from Paris on their non-stop way to China in search of the distance record. 7905,140km and 51 flying hours later, the “Point d’interrogation” landed at Manchurie. With the record just achieved, it was time for more mundane and pressing things….

Precious -but not very accurate- piece of artwork by the great Marcel Jeanjean. Even better, it’s dedicated by Maurice Bellonte.
