Revista “Aire”: Save The Best For Last.

The “Aire” magazine was published in the spanish Republic during the Guerra Civil (1936-39) to promote their air force’s efforts and aviation matters in general. A very high-standard job, this magazine’s life was nevertheless certainly ephemeral; just four issues.

This astonishing portrait is the last issue’s cover. The unknown aviador can’t denied he’s a Spaniard…. those lousy “bigotitos” (thin moustaches).

  1. And I will be translating it in French… 1700 words.
In total about 10 000 words when I have finished posting these excerpts.
Just call it passion…, but you know the meaning of passion don’t you.
Wish I could also know Spanish.
