Aviotehas PN-3: Lost in Occupation.

Charming Estonian multipurpose (fighter/recon) monoplane of the late 1930s. The prototype was modestly powered by an obsolete Rolls-Royce Kestrel instead of a desired 1000hp engine -the Merlin, I guess. For economical causes this prototype had a elegant, but retrograde, fixed landing gear in place of the intended retractable undercarriage. The aircraft took the airs in 1939, just before the USSR invaded Estonia. The new “masters” found just one useful role for it: as a ground target.

Prettiness in 3-views.
