Interesting, they had to move the X15 model to the left side, to observe it!
Yep, that’s the main reason many sources say the model was placed there. Others indicate it was at the left side where they planned to hang the X-15 originally; moving it to the right when it was noticed the servicing of an unidentified component was easier that way.
In any way, did they notice the right roll in the tunnel….?
